See How Your Donation Makes a Difference: Keziah's Story

Keziah was raised by a loving mother who struggled with mental health challenges. Eventually, they became homeless, and Keziah entered foster care.

Determined to break the cycle of poverty, Keziah focused on her education but struggled to find stable housing and supportive adults. After learning about Inspire, she moved into our Corona home, where she found the stability and support she needed to move forward.

While living with Inspire, Keziah continued her education, worked at a local senior living facility, developed important life skills, connected with a mentor and participated in therapy. She graduated from Riverside City College and transferred to Cal Poly Humboldt.

Today, Keziah is part of the Inspired Scholars program, which provides a monthly housing stipend, professional coaching and therapy while she works toward her bachelor's degree.
